1. Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection).
2. Prepare Vegetables
Spread all ingredients under (1) on a baking sheet and mix well.
3. Bake
Bake everything for about 30-40 minutes.
4. Prepare Yogurt
Press the water out of the grated cucumber and mix with all other yogurt ingredients.
5. Serve
Spread a layer of yogurt on a plate and top with the baked vegetables. Serve with fresh herbs.
