3.Strain the garlic and shallot to retrieve the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
4.In a bowl, mix together the chili flakes, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and red miso.
5.Pour the hot oil immediately over this mixture and stir well to dissolve the miso and combine the preparation.
6.Roughly chop the crispy garlic and shallot, add them to the mixture along with the sesame seeds. It's ready!
