1. Marinate the Chicken
Mix chicken with ginger, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken
In a pan, melt butter and brown the marinated chicken. Remove and set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce
In the same pan, add tomato puree, cream, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Combine Chicken and Sauce
Add the chicken back into the sauce and simmer until fully cooked.
5. Garnish and Serve
Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan and cooked rice.
