3.Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until soft, then place a spoonful of filling on each sheet and roll tightly to form nems.
4.In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the nems until golden brown on all sides.
5.Serve with salad leaves and mint if desired, alongside dipping sauce for the nems.
