1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2.Take the Mont d'Or cheese out of its box, place it in an ovenproof dish, and cut a few slits in the top.
3.Insert the minced garlic into the slits and drizzle olive oil over the cheese.
4.Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
6.Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
