1.In a small bowl mix together soy milk, apple cider vinegar and lemon.
2.In a larger bowl, mix together plain flour, corn flour and chicken seasoning.
3.In a separate large bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
4.Set the 3 bowls next to each other in order of use.
5.Tear apart the tofu into equal sized chunks. Fully coat each piece first in the flour, then in the wet mix, then in the breadcrumbs.
6.Spread out the tofu pieces in an air fryer and lightly spray them with olive oil.
7.Cook in at 180C for 25 mins, moving them around halfway through cooking.
8.Serve and enjoy with a dip or as you wish.
