Sticky rice
195 grammes
Coconut cream
75 centilitres
Sucre
3 cuillères à soupe
Sel
1 cuillère à café
Mango
3 pièces
Pandanus
2 feuilles
Rice flour
1 cuillère à café

1. Sticky rice
Heat the coconut cream (50cl), sugar, salt and pandanus leaves in a pot low heat until mixed together and remove from heat. Pour hot sweet coconut cream mixed with hot sticky rice, mix. Let the sticky rice absorb the coconut cream for 40-50 mins (the first 20mins stir the sticky rice mixture together and leave it for 20-25mins ready to serve)
2. Coconut cream topping
Mix the coconut cream (25cl) with rice flour and salt in a pot. Don't turn on the heat until you mix it well. Turn on the heat and stir until it thick then turn off the heat.
