1.Cook the orecchiette according to package instructions until al dente.
2.In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until crispy.
3.Add minced garlic to the pancetta and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4.Stir in frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
5.Drain the orecchiette and add it to the pan along with unsalted butter, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and grated Parmesan. Toss to combine.
