1.Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Then add yeast dissolved in lukewarm milk. Mix until a smooth dough starts to form. - 390 g flour - 40 g sugar - 8 g salt - 4 g baking powder - 255 g lukewarm milk
2.Add the butter to the dough and continue kneading until it is ultra smooth and you want to kiss it.
3. Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
4. Cut out square-shaped pieces of parchment paper that are larger than your circular stencil for the dough. Approximately 12 to 15 pieces.
5.After the resting period, roll out the dough with some flour if necessary and stencil out circular pieces. Place these on your prepared parchment paper pieces. Cover with a towel and allow it to proof again until it becomes light and fluffy.
6.Steam the buns until they are cooked and have a fluffy texture. About 8 minutes, and enjoy.
