Really cute place with a nice atmosphere. We had a 5:00 reservation and were seated on time. Unfortunately, the food was just average overall. We ordered several dishes the cacio e pepe was mushy and the pasta was clumped together. The tomato stracciatella was good, but nothing particularly memorable. The tiramisu was okay, while the panna cotta was one of the better items we tried. We also ordered a bottle of wine and a few cocktails. For the price point, I expected higher food quality. The biggest downside was that we felt rushed throughout the meal. Staff asked us to leave to accommodate the next reservation before we had time to fully enjoy our wine and finish comfortably. It felt like turnover was prioritized over the dining experience, which took away from what could have been a more enjoyable visit.

That evening had heavy bookings, and while our standard seating is 90 minutes, we extended your stay until 7:15 as the next party waited. We're working to improve our pasta quality and service flow at our Miami Italian restaurant. We'd love another chance to provide the experience you deserve.

Otto & Pepe absolutely nailed it tonight—super accommodating from the moment I walked in, and my waitress Diana was exceptional and truly made the experience with her attention and warmth. The ambiance, food, and overall vibe were all on point, and living just two blocks away makes it a no-brainer that I’ll be back often.
