What is it, exactly?
A connector. It links your Google Business Profile to ChatGPT or Claude. You say what you want to read or change, in your own words, and your AI goes through Sorbey to do it on your profile.
Which AI does it work with?
Claude (on the web, in the app and in Claude Code, on every plan including Free), ChatGPT on a paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu), and any AI that supports MCP connectors, the open standard for connectors, such as Le Chat by Mistral. The setup guide covers each one.
Can the AI do whatever it wants on my profile?
No. It only acts on the profiles you've linked, with a set list of actions: read your reviews, publish a reply, edit the description, phone, links and menu. It can't delete your profile or change its owner, and both ChatGPT and Claude ask for your OK before making changes.
How much does it cost? And for several profiles?
€49/month per profile with no commitment, or €39.20/month on the yearly plan, €470.40 a year. From your 4th profile, each one costs 10% less, on a single subscription.
I don't use AI. Is this for me?
