Welcome to Sorbey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, applications, and marketing automation platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Sorbey or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of our services or their contents
• Collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Any derivative use of our services or their contents
• Downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• Transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Sorbey, a Sorbey employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any other systems or networks

Access & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session
• Use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if we believe you have failed to comply with these Terms.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the services and for any activities or actions under your password.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.
